Samsung Released New Software Update For Gear Sport
Samsung has released another software update for Gear Sport wearable. New update has several key improvements and some bugs fixes over the last ones. The previous update for new fitness wearable had rolled out in December as a stability for Tizen 3.0.0.1 firmware, now it carries it to 3.0.0.2 version. This month two of Samsung wearable has received new updates. The Samsung Gear S3 has improved its battery performance after getting revised Tizen 3.0 version. The earbud Gear IconX is now perfect headsets for fitness purpose after when it has received many key features. Before it, second generation Gear S2 was the lucky wearable to get lots of new features, same as new Gear Sport & Gear S3 devices.
For Gear Sport, this one is came with some additional features like added option to turn off motion recognition alarm & customizable pace target. The new firmware version is R600XA1ARC4 and it is 80MB in size. Samsung always send security updates for its all devices and this one is not different. There is improved device stability and performance to put it up to date and to fix software glitches which was causing slowness in Gear wearables. The list of all features are as below.

Gear S3 And Gear S2 Gets New Value Pack Update
In the latest move Samsung has rolled out Value Pack update to their both smartwatches. The new update brings lots of useful changes to Samsung Gear S3 and Gear S2 watches. Last week Gear S2 has received its most important update and just before that the needy changes comes to Gear S3 Frontier and Gear S3 Classic LTE models. It shows Samsung cares more about their watches than any other companies, at least into the smartwatch war. The latest Value Pack update package mainly focuses on health and fitness apps and other related functions.
The new features have been added into the Health UI function which got some workout features. Now users will see all the workout results in the window with the visual information, like charts and graphs for the easy understanding. It shows amount of time spent in certain heart rate zones. The new feature will guide you when and how to stretch your body.
The other Reminder App has been updated with S Voice to let users set reminders with specific dates. Samsung Health will now automatically record approximate location with the duration. There are more viewing modes are available to use like Dark Screen, Negative colors and Grey Scale. The Altimeter/Barometer has got new menu and automatic calibration setting.
In the current update Samsung has added Find My Gear option to let you secure your smartwatch from the remote location. It is now easy to send contact information remotely to the Gear S3 screen. The new Value Pack update has been rolling out in many countries. If you haven’t received it in your country then wait for some more days or weeks. It will take some time to roll out in all the countries.

Samsung Rolled Out New Update For Gear S3 Frontier
Samsung Gear S3, the third generation Samsung smartwatch today gets one new update. The new tiny update specifically focused on overall improvements and some bug fixes. Samsung regularly releases new updates for its Tizen smartwatches and this is the part of it, which improves overall quality of the watch. The new update is only available for Samsung Gear S3 Frontier with model number SM-R765 and not for the other model watch. We all know that Gear S3 Frontier is the LTE model.
In this new firmware one new feature has added onto the watch, unknown for all of us. The new feature is ‘Jansky Wearable‘, only added feature in this firmware update. Still there is no word about this function – whether it is new kind of Watch Face or any other function in setting. But we are trying hard to find out what is it and how it is helpful for end users.
Samsung launched this gadget in two variants, there is Gear S3 Classic to Wi-Fi only use and the other Gear S3 Frontier to use with Wi-Fi plus 4G LTE, off course both models comes in different prices. Processor on both models are powered by their own Exynos chipset which locked at 1GHz and to boost its speed there is 786MB RAM. To store personal data, smartwatch apps and other personal images it has 4GB of internal storage.
Some powerful features are making it a good digital smartwatch in market. First main feature is it is IP68 rating device, it means that Gear S3 is waterproof and dust proof device.
Here, display is 1.3-inch screen with 360×360 resolution, best part of the display is it made from new Corning Gorilla Glass SR+ technology. Corning said new Gorilla Glass SR+ technology specially made for smartwatches, it gives extra security and better scratch resistant protection to the watches.
