Samsung has released the One UI Watch 4.5 beta version for Galaxy Watch 4 series watches. It is now live in the US & South Korea. Many users have installed it on their smartwatch and exploring new features and changes. As there are plenty of new features added in the latest beta, the one feature has surprised us. The most talked-about feature ‘Skin Temperature’ has been spotted in the latest beta software.
Along with firmware, Samsung has also updated the Samsung Health app. After the update, we can see Samsung has included the ‘Skin temperature during sleep’ function in the list. The company has changed the overall UI of the app, and now all the essential functions have listed on the main screen.
In the list, you can clearly see skin temperature monitoring (see the highlighted area in the shared image) in Samsung Health. It reads as “Skin Temperature during sleep.”
Also below the function, it gives advice “A light may flash on the back of the watch during measurement.” It indicates Samsung is working on the feature, and we can see it in the upcoming Galaxy Watch.
Even though it has appeared in the Samsung health app for Galaxy Watch 4, it may not be for the current watch. For now, it is not working as it requires the necessary sensor in the smartwatch. As per previous sources, the company may launch it on Galaxy Watch 5 watches.
