Samsung has pushed new software for the Galaxy A50 smartphone. The firmware version A505GNDXU3ASH4 is rolling out in the Philippines along with the August security patch that weighs 210.70 MB in size. The new version improves the moisture detection algorithm on the phone. The charger/USB port’s moisture detection algorithm has introduced to make sure the USB port or charger charges the phone battery without causes any problems. It was first introduced on Galaxy S7 device and recently Samsung rolled out moisture detection update on Galaxy A30 in its July update.
The other notable improvements are the improvements in the performance of the touch screen and the stability of Knox guard. In the recent update Samsung has taken care of Fingerprint sensor which now responds much faster. The new version is available to install in the Philippines and soon it will hit in the other countries. To check for the latest update go to Settings and tap on Software Update to install it manually.
