Galaxy S10 & Galaxy Note 10 series in the major countries are now jumping to the Android 11 version. It is the first major update for both flagship smartphones in the current year. The official Samsung support team in South Korea has confirmed that the Galaxy S10 series & Galaxy Note 10 series will receive the One UI 3.1 version in February. According to the statement, the first region to get the latest firmware update will be Europe.
It’s not all, Samsung rep has also mentioned the devices will get the moon animation function in camera night mode. In the answer to the query of the Galaxy Note 10 user, he/she confirmed the moon animation for camera night mode will be added in the next major firmware. It is the moon-shaped night mode indicator in the camera app. The One UI 3.1 update based on the Android 11 version has amazing features like changing the screen, minimize unnecessary apps, faster app opening, management function for attending meetings, better privacy, and more.
As per the official answer, the distribution of the next One UI 3.1 version will start after 6 weeks from the launching of Galaxy S21. The Galaxy S21 lineup has been scheduled to launch on January 29 in many countries, so the update for Galaxy S10 & Note 10 will start from the middle of March. This version has officially been released for Galaxy Tab S7, and soon it will come for Galaxy S20 & Galaxy Note 20 series. After that, it comes the number of Galaxy S10 & Note 10 to receive it.
