The Expert RAW app needs more advanced hardware and software specifications for the phone. Hence, the Expert RAW app doesn’t work with mid-range devices. In the recent One UI 6 update, Samsung introduced a Camera Assistant app for the Galaxy A54. It is one of Samsung’s advanced tools for phone cameras, and it will definitely help users take better pictures. However, Samsung missed a major version of the Expert RAW app for the phone. The app is still missing for the Galaxy A54, and there is less chance of releasing it in future updates.

According to the company, Expert RAW needs powerful hardware to support the tool. The hardware on the Galaxy A54 is not capable of running the tool, so Expert RAW doesn’t support the device. You can’t even install the app’s APK file. The other two Camera Assistant & Enhance X apps are available to download from the Galaxy Store.

The users can bait on Galaxy A56 smartphone to have such a powerful camera tool. Recently, Samsung brought the Expert RAW app for the new Galaxy S24 FE smartphone, so there is a chance for other higher mid-range phones. The Galaxy A56 is scheduled to release in the first quarter of 2025 then we will see a clear picture.
