    Samsung has officially announced its new foldable phones Galaxy Z Fold 4 & Flip 4 in India. Both products are now available for pre-orders in the country with a couple of offers. The company has increased the prices of both devices compared to the previous foldable. With the Fold 4, users can also choose the 1TB memory option, which has the first time launched with the new device. It will cost Rs. 1,84,499 for the 12GB + 1TB storage option.

    In the Flip 4 range, Samsung has even introduced a new Bespoke Edition with only one storage option. In the different color options, you can choose Bespoke Edition in 12GB RAM + 256GB memory option. The Flip 4 special edition is available for Rs. 97,999.

    The Z Fold 4 12GB + 256GB option is priced at Rs. 1,54,999, and 12GB + 512GB memory option is available for Rs. 1,64,999. The clamshell designed Z Flip 4 comes in two options – 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB memory option.

    The Flip 4 8GB + 128GB has a price tag of Rs. 89,999, and 8GB + 256GB has Rs. 94,999. The Fold 4 is available in Gray-green, Phantom Black, and Beige color options. The Flip 4 is available in Graphite, Bora Purple, and Pink & Gold color options.

    There are also promotional offers by the company on both products. In India, users can purchase it from Samsung.com, Flipkart, Amazon, and other offline stores. Users can also pre-book, Galaxy Watch 5 series and Galaxy Buds 2 Pro products in India.

    Garmin’s new smartwatches Fenix 7 series and Epix Gen 2 are regularly getting all the essential updates since launching. In the past, it has also received a stable version along with some other Alpha and Beta firmware. In every new piece of code, the company tries to stabilize the system and improves watch quality. Now, again Garmin has released new 9.31 beta updates for the new Fenix 7 series & Epix 2 smartwatches.

    The previous version was 9.28, and now with the 9.31 version, it solves many problems on the watches. As we look at the changelog, then the list is now minimizing, which indicates we are near to seeing the stable version any time soon. When the new Alpha version started, there were over 100 changes to the watches. Now, in the latest 9.31 beta, it has fixed only 11 issues. This month, Fenix 7 series and Epix Gen 2 could get the stable version.

    Samsung has officially introduced ECG & BP functions on Galaxy Watch Active 2. Since then, all the Galaxy Watch series smartwatches are receiving these features. It was first launched in South Korea, and later slowly entered many countries. Still, there are many regions left behind where these essential health functions are not available. India is also one of those countries where Samsung’s Galaxy Watches never came with ECG & BP functions.

    Samsung has this week announced its new Galaxy Watch 5 & Watch 5 Pro smartwatches. The new watches got a couple of new features with major upgrades in hardware parts. The watches will soon launch in major countries, and India is one of them.

    The biggest Indian e-retailer Amazon has now listed Galaxy Watch 5 & Watch 5 Pro on its website. It has teased products in the ‘Coming Soon’ category, but it revealed many aspects of the watches. In the specifications, you can clearly see ECG & BP functions are not highlighted.

    The Fenix 6 series has now moved to the latest 22.83 beta firmware update. Garmin has dispatched a new beta version for the Fenix 6 series with tons of fixes and improvements. The previous 22.80 beta software version has given an almost stable experience to users since the last alpha version. With the 22.83 beta update, users will not see any new features, but the stability of existing features and services. The major UI issues with HRV status glance and VO2 Max glance has been fixed.

    Further, the intermittent issue with VO2 max history graphs has been solved by the company. In the latest beta, Garmin has found that the watch failed to send the last 7-day history of HRV data to Garmin Connect app. The company has now taken care of the problem in this version. It has also solved the problem with the glances, where the HRV widget and training status would not be accessible when it is turned off.

    In the new 22.83 beta version, Garmin has fixed a total of 13 issues. Here is the list of all of those fixes.

    – Fixed an issue on CIQ applications where the BatteryInDays field was reporting incorrect data.

The company is now releasing the latest 9.28 beta software update for the Fenix 7 series, Epix Gen 2 & Quatix 7 smartwatches. In this version, Garmin has enhanced all the changes that were brought since the stable 8.37 firmware version. Also, it has fixed many errors that were encountered in the previous 9.24 beta and 9.27 alpha updates.

    The changelog mentions that it has fixed an issue where the bug does not allow editing sleep/wake time and sleep true up. The HRV status glance & Cycling power guide UI issue has been fixed in this software. In the only added function, it has brought support for stocks in China. The new function will be useful for Chinese users for sure.

    It’s August and there is no news from Samsung about the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 Beta launching. It should have been announced in the third week of July or at the end of July, but we never received any update. Now, it is confirmed the beta program for the next One UI has been postponed to an unknown date, and we are not sure when. According to the Android 13 Security Bulletin, Google has postponed the next Android version release to September.

    In the release notes inside the Android 13 Security Bulletin, Google mentioned releasing the Android 13 version in September. It means for a reason Samsung is delaying the announcement of the beta testing program for the last few weeks.

    In the previous few beta versions of Android 13, users have found some serious issues, and Google is working on them. Still, the latest beta version from Google is unstable, and that’s why Samsung might want to hold its beta planning.

    If everything goes right, then we could see official beta joining posters in the Samsung Members app in the next few weeks. The firmware testing tools have already discovered the latest firmware builds for Galaxy S22 series & Galaxy S21 series smartphones.

These added features will make this smartwatch a true watch with outdoor capabilities.

    With the first Route Import feature, users can import route files to the Zepp app from other apps like Strava or Komoot. Later, they can view it on the smartwatch for their next trip or adventure. As per Amazfit, it supports GPX/TCX/KML files to upload in the Zepp app.

    Update (July 24): Garmin has upgraded the Alpha version 22.75 to the latest 22.76 version. In the same week, it is the second update for a Fenix 6 series. As we have looked closely, there is no change in both changelogs. Garmin has only changed the wording of the feature list in the changelog. Tt could mean, the company has solved some known issues but didn’t mention them in the list. Download the newest version, and notify us, if you find any other changes in the Alpha 22.76 update.

    Garmin has dispatched a new alpha software update for the Fenix 6 series smartwatches. The Alpha 22.75 version is now rolling out for previous generation Fenix 6 watches. Two weeks ago, the company released minor 22.74 firmware, but that didn’t bring any new features or changes. The latest alpha version on the other hand comes with new features and some improvements. According to the changelog, it gets a new Acute Load graph, which you can use from the training status widget.

    Further, the Training status widget now displays training status, HRV, and as I said earlier Acute Load data. Also, it has improved race time predictions on smartwatches. In the fixes, it has taken care of sudden crashing in the sleep widget. Finally, there are several fixes to the known bugs and errors.

    Fenix 6 Alpha 22.75 Update

    Here is the list of the full Alpha 22.75 firmware changelog.
