HIIT Workouts on Galaxy Watch 7 & Watch Ultra

With a Galaxy Watch, you can perform over 100 exercises in your daily workout sessions. The Galaxy Watch 6 and Watch 7 series support different kinds of workout modes. You can use normal workouts or HIIT workouts in your daily fitness session. HIIT, or interval training, includes planks, air squats, burpees, running, cycling, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, high knees, pushups, rope jumping, and many more. You can also set an interval for your target on the watch.
To add HIIT workouts to your Galaxy Watch 7 or Watch Ultra, go to the Samsung Health app on your phone or watch and then open My Exercises. Now, click on the ‘+’ sign to add more to the list or add a new one. In the list, you can see all the HIIT exercises that support the watch. Once you add all the exercises, then later you can operate them from your wrist.
For custom interval training, you have to start the exercise by running and tapping Settings. In the settings, you can see the Target option, which now enables Target to set custom intervals. For your daily goal with these modes, you can go to the daily achievement page, and see all your history. Just keep in mind, Compared to Galaxy Watch 7, Watch Ultra has some more exercises to perform in different scenarios.

Galaxy Fold’s Rival, First Foldable iPhone may Release in 2026
The first foldable phone from Apple is still in the rumor mill, and there is no date for its debut. The previous rumors anticipated a launch date in 2025, but that never happened. Now, in a fresh leak, one of the trusted leakers, Mark Gurman, has claimed the first foldable iPhone will debut in 2026. According to the tipster, Apple is planning to introduce its fold device in the second half of next year. It could probably be launched along with regular iPhone 18 series phones. It would be the direct rival to Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold devices in later years.

The same tipster predicted the previous launch year, though we are here with a new date. As per the news, Apple has ordered its partner company to find a display supplier to produce displays for foldables. Also, Apple has secured prototypes to build a better industry-standard product that can match Galaxy Z Fold 7, Oppo Find N6, and others. Samsung is a prominent player in this category, so Apple doesn’t want any mistakes in its debut.
Further, Mark Gurman is betting on a new iPhone design next year. For the iPhone 18 series, the company may use a never-before-seen design. With the iPhone 17, many leakers are suggesting different designs, so no one knows what Apple will bring with the iPhone 18. In the next Apple event, there will be a new entry in the iPhone 17 Air, which will replace the current Plus variant. Telegram app for Galaxy Watch 7 & Watch Ultra
Telegram is one of the most used social media apps worldwide, and millions of users use it. It is available in the Play Store for all Android smartphones. Galaxy Watch, sadly, is not available to install. The Telegram app is not available for Galaxy Watch 5, Galaxy Watch 6, Galaxy Watch 7, or Watch Ultra. Like Facebook or Instagram, you can only receive incoming messages but can’t reply. It will only alert you when someone messages you, or there is a new message in a Telegram Group.
You won’t believe it, but the official Telegram app was available for Wear OS-based smartwatches until 2021. Later, the company behind Telegram decided to remove it from the Play Store and ended support for smartwatches. Back then, Samsung was using Tizen OS, so Galaxy Watch 4 users were also unable to use it. You can activate Telegram notifications on the watch from the Galaxy Wearable app if you want to receive them.
For your information, the official Telegram app has been launched for Apple Watch Series gadgets. You can share messages from your watch, and also handle your Telegram channel. We can hope that in the future, the official team behind the app will launch it for Wear OS watches. With Galaxy Watch 8 or One UI 8 Watch, you will see a new set of apps, and in that, Telegram could make its return.

April Security patch Reached to Galaxy A35 & A55
Another mid-range phone, Galaxy A35 & Galaxy A55, has received the most recent April 1st security patch. It now serves India with an eye on a global audience. It is a bit late for this A series phone to get its new security patch when all the other devices are already on this month’s security update. Also, we will soon be in the new month, and users expect faster delivery from the South Korean company. The changelog mentions it comes with better and upgraded security to protect the device from any harm.
It brings a new A*6EXXS7AYC8 firmware code and weighs 270MB. Apart from that, you will not notice anything major in the code. In the previous software version, the phones got major camera features with One UI 6.1.1 firmware. In March, Galaxy S24 & S23 devices entered into the beta testing program for the upcoming Android 15 software. As per the sources, stable One UI 7 software will start rolling out in mid-May or June. Both Galaxy A35 & Galaxy A55 are eligible to receive upcoming mega versions.
As per my knowledge, we could see One UI 7 software with Android 15 flavor come to these devices in March. The Galaxy AI features that launched with Galaxy S25 could also land on some mid-range devices, including Galaxy A36 & Galaxy A56. Galaxy Z Flip 7 Rumor Hints Upgraded Camera & Chip
Galaxy Z Flip 7 will be released in the second half of this year, with another foldable phone, Fold 7. In the last few weeks, we have managed to receive key information about the product. The early birds tweet about its Exynos 2500 chipset and unchanged camera setup. Now, the new rumor in town hints that the Galaxy Z Flip 7 could bring the necessary changes that users want to see. The rumor Panda Flash Pro on Twitter hints at a superior Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor for the next clamshell model.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite chip is now only running on the Galaxy S25 lineup, and we could also see it on the Fold 7 model. It is the first time someone has claimed this chipset for the Flip variant. In the Geekbench and other benchmark scores, the Elite model is much faster and battery-saving than the Exynos 2500 chipset. Further, the Flip 7 may wear an armor Aluminium frame and it could be protected with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 glass.
Samsung may include a 50MP primary camera and a 12MP secondary camera in the camera section. The company probably enhanced the sensor’s capabilities to capture better low-light images. Rumors also suggest a slight price hike for both Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Fold 7 models. Samsung will unveil both devices at its next Galaxy Unpacked event in July or August this year.

Samsung Starts One UI 8 Build for Galaxy Z Fold 6 & Flip 6
The Galaxy S25 series will not be the only premium device to get an early One UI 8 update. Samsung has also started One UI 8 development for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 & Flip 6 foldable gadgets. The latest build for the next One UI has been spotted on the Samsung test servers. Thanks to the KeepUPwithOneUI leaker who first spotted new firmware build and shared it. The build number F956BXXU2CYC1 has been assigned to the Fold 6, and F741BXXU2CYC1 for the Flip 6 phone.
Interestingly, the build number for Galaxy S25 Ultra ends with BYC1, and the latest build number for foldable phones ends with CYC1, which is one build ahead. The letter B and letter C on the fourth position have been given to the major One UI updates. It has been reserved for the second and third major One UI updates. Till last month, the tipster believed there could be One UI 7.1 & One UI 7.1.1 firmware later this year, but the new leaker has a different story to tell.
The Ice Universe tipped that Samsung won’t be delivering any other One UI updates based on the current One UI 7 version. This means that all the devices this year will be promoted to Android 16-based One UI 8 software. The announcement date is not available, but it could be revealed in the next Galaxy Unpacked event along with Galaxy Z Fold 7 & Flip 7. After Galaxy S25, the new software will be assigned to Galaxy S24, Fold 6, Flip 6, Galaxy A56, Tab S10, and other supported Galaxy gadgets.

Galaxy S25’s Best Face Feature will Come to Galaxy S23 & S24
With the launch of the Galaxy S25 series, Samsung has introduced the new Best Face feature in their Galaxy AI tools. It is a part of the Motion Photo function in the Galaxy Camera, and now it has come to the Galaxy A56 smartphone. It is a really cool feature and saves lots of your time as well as precious moments. Samsung has confirmed that it will bring this new camera feature to its older devices. As per the official camera person, the Best Face function will come to the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S24 series.
The feature comes into play when your photo or group photo is ruined by something. For example, when capturing a precious moment, if you suddenly blink, look somewhere else, or blank, you can use it to correct the image. It is more helpful in group photos when someone is trying to ruin that photo. In such cases, you can use the Best Face feature. To use it, go to Gallery, select an image that you want to correct, and then select the Best Face option. Later, Galaxy AI will provide the best expressions and give you options to choose.
Note that, to use the function, you have to turn on Motion Photo. Further, it can recognise up to five people per image and suggest three alternate expressions per person. It is not clear when it will come to other Galaxy phones. We guess it will come to older devices in the next major camera update. The function may also come to Galaxy Z Fold 6 & Flip 6, but we are not sure about previous Galaxy A series phones.

Expert RAW App on Galaxy S23 FE
Galaxy S23 FE comes with almost all the features in the new update. It has all the camera features, except Expert RAW support. If you are looking for a Galaxy smartphone that gets full access to Expert RAW tools, you must choose any device in the flagship range. In a simple word. No. The Expert RAW app doesn’t support Galaxy S23 FE. It is unavailable for fan edition phones like Galaxy S20 FE & S21 FE. It lacks some hardware parts that require the use of the tool, so don’t expect that.
Currently, it only works with Galaxy S22, S23, S24, Z Fold, and Z Flip series devices. There are high expectations from the Galaxy S24 FE to receive this honor. As per the news, Samsung will bring some advanced features to the next fan edition. It probably runs on an Exynos 2400 or Qualcomm Snapdragon Gen 2 processor with 8GB of RAM, which could give the phone the necessary boost to run this camera function.
The Galaxy S23 FE is undoubtedly one of the finest smartphones. It comes with a better price and offers top-notch features. Users who don’t want a flagship model and don’t want to choose a midrange device can get Galaxy S23 FE. Further, there are plenty of new Galaxy AI features from various sections. Recently, the gadget received a One UI 6.1 update with the newest security patch.

VO2 Max Score on Galaxy Fit 3
Samsung added new functions to the Galaxy Fit 3, but some functions are still missing from the band. It is currently impossible to check if you are looking for a VO2 Max score on the smart band. The essential VO2 Max feature is not available on Galaxy Fit 3. There is a chance Samsung will add it later in future firmware upgrades. This function can be added over the air with software updates, so we should wait for it. In the case of Galaxy Watch 4, it was later added to the smartwatch.
On Galaxy Watches, it is now a regular feature, and with every update, Samsung is improving it. I know. The VO2 Max score is a vital feature for a fitness enthusiast. It tells you how much oxygen you have earned while doing exercises. The final score is based on your age, where an above-60 score is perfect. The feature has been added to the running activity of Samsung Health for the Galaxy Watch.
It will show the score when you run for 4 km and 10 minutes. You have to go outside to measure a perfect score on your new smart band. It also needs a good GPS signal to track your movement and location. Samsung should enable VO2 Max for Galaxy Fit 3 as soon as possible. There is a high chance we could see this function on the next Galaxy Fit 4 tracker.

Galaxy Watch 8 To Get Classic Variant, Bigger Battery
Galaxy Watch 8 series rumors are now on the pick in the new year. With the new rumor, we have received the information that Samsung could bring back its Classic variant along with the regular and Ultra model. It is still an early rumor to believe, but you still have to consider it. In the past few years, the company has had a habit of discontinuing specific products and later bringing them back. As per this record, Samsung could launch the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic variant along with the Watch 8 Ultra model.
With the Galaxy Watch 4, the company launched the Watch 4 Classic but later skipped the Galaxy Watch 5 series. Later, it launched the Watch 6 series, and this year, it has again been skipped from the Watch 7 family. By this track, we can assume that Samsung will launch the Watch 8 Classic with other variants. As per the name, the Classic variant will be more advanced than the regular variant, but not compared to the Ultra one.

Further, the smartwatch will get better battery performance and an enhanced Exynos processor. It will run on the upcoming One UI Watch 7 software, which will be powered by Google’s Wear OS 6.

The Camera Controller app is a useful app for controlling your phone camera from Galaxy Watch 7 or Watch 7 Ultra. The only problem is that it is not available to every user. If you do not see the Camera Controller app for the Galaxy Watch 7 series, then you are not alone. The truth is that the app is not supported on all Galaxy devices. Forget about iPhone or other Android phones, it doesn’t even support most Samsung Galaxy phones.
It would help if you had a high-end smartphone to connect with the watch to use the Camera Controller app. The app supports with Galaxy S10, S20, S21, S22, S23, S24 & S25 series phones. In the Note series, it supports Note 10, Note 20 & 20 Ultra. In foldable, it works with Galaxy Z Fold, Fold 2, Fold 3, Fold 4, Fold 5, Galaxy Flip, Flip 3, Flip 4, Flip 5, Fold 6, & Flip 6 devices. Apart from that, only premium Galaxy A series phones like Galaxy A73 have access.
Users with mid-range Galaxy A series, Galaxy M series, or Galaxy F series can not have access to this basic functionality. I tested one of the high-end Galaxy A series phones with Galaxy Watch Ultra, though the results were the same. It sometimes doesn’t work with Galaxy S25 Ultra & Watch 4. Samsung should open this basic Camera Controller feature for every Galaxy user.

Add Music to Galaxy Watch 6 or Watch 7
There are many apps in the Play Store that you can use to play your favorite music on Galaxy Watch 6 or Watch 7. Furthermore, if you want to add offline songs from your computer or smartphone, then it is also possible. You can add music to the Galaxy Watch 6 & Watch 7 Ultra from the Galaxy Wearable app. It is also possible to play all those songs with a built-in speaker, or you can connect any wireless Bluetooth headsets & earbuds to play the tracks.
Since the Tizen-based Galaxy Watch, Samsung has made it easy to load tons of audio files and images to the smartwatch. To add tracks or music, open the Galaxy Wearable app and connect it to Galaxy Watch. After that, go to Watch Settings and click on Manage Content. Here, you will see the option ‘Tracks on Watch.’ Now tap on it to see all the music on your smartwatch. On the upper side, you can see the ‘+’ sign, so tap on it.
Here, it will show all the present songs on your smartphone. Now choose one by one or select all to transfer them to your watch. Let it finish synchronizing all the music or albums, and continue to watch. On your new smartwatch, open the Music app and play all your favorite songs without the internet. To listen to new songs daily, you can also download Spotify, Pandora, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music apps from Galaxy Store with or without subscription plans.

Line App launched for Wear OS Watches including Galaxy Watch
The popular social sharing app Line has launched for Wear OS watches. The app today hit the Play Store for Wear OS including the previous Wear OS 2 version. It is a very popular social sharing app and a major rival to WhatsApp, Telegram & WeChat. Now, talking about the Line app for Wear OS, it helps you stay connected with your friends from your wrist. It is not an independent app and still needs a companion app to log in on the smartwatch app.
To use the app, first, you should download the app on both smartphones & smartwatches. After that, you can log in to the app via QR code scanning. For now, the only way to sign in to the app is on the watch. Further, the app offers all the features to make the conversation rich & meaningful. Of course, you can view, reply to, or delete messages from your wrist. It supports texts, images, stickers, gestures, quick responses, and voice input on your smartwatch. It also shows all the stickers & images in the incoming messages.
We have tested the app on Galaxy Watch 4, and the response is better than the KakaoTalk app. The company says it supports all the Wear OS smartwatches, but we haven’t tested on others yet. To download the Line app, go to the Play Store on a smartphone or smartwatch and install it.
